Spyder MR1

Are you looking for a gun that can take a lot of punishment but can keep on firing and taking down opponents from left, right, and center? Yeah?
If you answered yes, then the Spyder MR1 is yours for the taking! With the slide out pull pin, field strippable bolt, as well as the full-length stock, the Spyder MR1 is one paintball marker that's very easy to use and very accurate...making it a perfect marker for scenario paintball where you gears need to be as resilient and stable as you are.
The Spyder MR1 is awesome! When it comes to woods ball, this entry level marker from Spyder is going head-to-head against the Tippmann 98C, which a couple of my friends have. However, there are a couple of things that tip the favor to Spyder MR1.
First - the price. The Spyder MR1 averages 80-135 dollars less online. Just as its manufacturers said, the Spyder MR1 is indeed a tank! It comes just as tough as the Tippmann 98C and it's just as reliable. You can beat it, throw it under your bed before you go to sleep, toss it around when you feel pissed, and shoot with it the very next morning.
Another thing I love with the Spyder MR1 is that it's very easy to clean. Just like any other Spyder paintball marker, all you have to do is remove the pin, allow the bolt to fall, stick in your swap, remove the dirt, wipe the bolt, put it back in...AND VIOLA! You're all set. It's a far cry from my Tippmann 98C which needs a lot of screwing, halving, and everything in between.
The Spyder MR1's stock is another advantage in my opinion. Although it can get in the way for some, I think simply removing it or getting the stock from a Spyder MR3 should fix it very easily. Taking off the stock is fine since the air on it suits the paintball marker very well.
Last but not the least, MR1's bottom line hose is covered in a thick rubber and plastic sleeve. This material is very durable and adds additional protection to the braids. Additionally, the front grip is very nice...guaranteeing you that handling this paintball marker is a breeze.
