If you've held a 0.50 Caliber Desert Eagle before, you'll definitely notice that the Tiberius 8 pistol is of the same size. However, as for the lower frame and grip, it looks more like a Glock. For many paintball players, it may be a little big and may take some time before they get used to it. However, if like me you have large hands, the Tiberius 8 feels great!

Magazine Feed System - This is one of the most noticeable features of the paintball marker. They're heavy, but what would you expect from a well and strongly built magazine? I don't know about you but that's better than having a plastic and easy-to-break magazine. As for the time needed to fill the magazine with paint, it's just as long as some other pistols. But I'm sure you won't try to fill your magazine with paint while on the field! Bring a couple of magazines...it only takes a second to reload.

Ease Of Use - This paintball marker is very easy to use and operate. There's a magazine release button located on the left of the marker. On the other hand, the velocity and over-pressure relief valves (which are located on the marker's rear) can easily be adjusted with an Allen wrench.

After adjusting the said valves, you should be all set to play. And there's no need to cock the marker! All you have to do is plug in the magazine, switch the safety off, and fire away! When you're out of ammo, just pop out the magazine, plug a new one, and you're all set to fire again.

Yes, folks that's everything you need to do when you bring the Tiberius 8 pistol in the field. There are NO parts, slides, and other hard-to-understand settings or options to fiddle with.

As for the new player, this marker comes with a hopper fed. On the other hand, if you're a veteran of scenario paintball, it can be magazine fed and you don't have to buy anything else except for the hopper of your choice. After my first outing with the Tiberius 9, I decided to clean this thing...and I was pleased by the fact that it's very easy to take down. Within seconds, the whole aluminum structure and interior is right before my eyes ready for cleaning.

If there's one part that's a little hard to open, that would be the valve and spring assembly. However, you don't have to! The only time you need to do so is when you need to replace some parts. With the durability and reliability of the Tiberius T9, I doubt that you're going to need to replace anything any time soon. As mentioned, this is one well-constructed marker!

I find it funny that there are reviews out there that say cleaning this paintball marker takes Herculean effort. I don't find this to be the case. Think about it - what could be easier than popping out a couple of parts, cleaning the aluminum interiors, and popping everything back in? I own a Tippmann A-5, another marker that's fairly easy to maintain...AND I must point out that cleaning the Tiberius T9 is easier!

Overall, this is great marker for you if you're a scenario paintball player...whether you are a pro or a newcomer to the game.
